  Commissions are for personal use only

 I have the right to decline a commission if I cannot do it. It the best for both of us

  I will begin working on the commission after I receive the payment (in full or half/half)

  I will always update you on progress when I start working on your commission upon receipt of the payment

 There are NO refunds unless I am the one canceling the pre-paid commission. 

 I will only provide you a Digital Copy you can ask for the PSD if you wish.
